This year Victoria has three groups going, with representatives from each of the four Victorian Dioceses travelling to Chile, Peru and Rio. Many of the Ballarat Diocese pilgrims met in Ballarat to learn about World Youth Day and what it means to be a pilgrim, not a tourist.
